1. What this document covers
This document sets the price of the right to use Ednice software and how that price is determined and shown. It works with the License agreement and the Public offer. How to start is in Installation and operation.
2. How the price is determined
The current price of access to the software and the way it is calculated are published on this page. If a separate paid service appears, its price, period, contents and limits are shown before payment in the dashboard or on an invoice. If an invoice differs from this page, the terms shown before that payment apply to that payment.
3. Basic access
As of this edition the basic-access licence is granted free of charge. There is no subscription fee for hosting a school, courses or webinars. A card is not required to register.
- one school;
- up to 1,000 students;
- webinars up to 1,000 participants;
- courses, files and assignments without a separate volume fee;
- basic analytics.
The basic licence lasts one year and renews automatically while free access remains available, on the terms of the License agreement.
4. What is not the licence price
The platform commission on successful student payments is not a licence fee and not a subscription for the software. Its rate is shown to the author when payment acceptance is connected. The author sets the price of their educational product; the student pays the author, not for Ednice software itself.
5. Paid options
When the school grows, separate options can be switched on: more students and live attendees, a custom domain, white label, an AI assistant and other functions shown in the dashboard. These options are not charged in secret. Price, period and contents are shown before payment. Until an option is connected, basic access applies.
6. Currency and invoices
Settlements with the platform are in Russian roubles. If an invoice is issued, it repeats the service name, amount and period. The tax basis is stated in settlement documents according to the actual status on the date of the operation.
7. Changes
This page is the official source of the software price and the procedure for determining it. If the price or the procedure changes, the new edition is published here before it applies.
