1. About these terms

These Terms of use apply to the English-language Ednice public site, related landing pages, the author and student dashboards, and other English Ednice sites we operate. By using those sites or ticking acceptance when you register, you agree to these Terms.

2. Who we are

The sites and platform are operated by Ednice LLC, Office 2408, Mazaya Business Avenue BB2, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Details are on the contacts page. Write to info@ednice.com.

3. The service

Ednice is a software platform that authors and schools use to publish and run courses, webinars and consultations. We provide technical access, hosting of the public site and dashboards, and may collect payment as the author’s agent. Ednice is not the course author or an educational institution unless a product page says so.

4. Accounts

You must give accurate details, keep your sign-in details safe and not share one-time links, passwords or access codes. Authors register a school account. Students register a student account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the sites to:

• break the law or another person’s rights;
• upload malware, scrape the service in a way that harms it, or try to bypass security;
• harass other users or disrupt a live session;
• copy or resell platform software, branding or another person’s teaching materials without permission.

6. Content and intellectual property

Ednice owns the platform software, design and branding. Authors own their teaching materials. You grant Ednice a licence to host, display and transmit the content you upload as needed to run the service. Students receive access only through the features of their account and the author’s product.

7. Products and payments

The price, access period and other product terms are shown before purchase. The contract for an educational product is between the student and the author named on the product page. Ednice may collect payment as the author’s agent and is not the seller unless the page says so. Refunds follow the terms shown before payment.

8. Other documents

How we handle information is set out in the Privacy policy. Student use of the dashboard, webinar room and student features is also covered by the Student agreement. If those documents conflict with these Terms on a student-only topic, the Student agreement prevails for that topic.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the sites available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change features. The current version of these Terms is always on this page. Material changes are published here; dashboard users may be asked to accept them again.

10. Liability

The platform is provided as available. Except where the law does not allow it, Ednice is not liable for an author’s teaching, product content, or a dispute between an author and a student. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including fraud.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
